If Emberz Buckz were missed on a qualifying purchase including but not limited to situations where you forgot to check in at checkout, you may request a review within 7 days of the purchase date.

Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required. Once verified, missing Emberz Buckz may be added to your account at Emberz’s discretion.

Yes. Emberz Buckz are tied to an active Emberz Memberz account. If an account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason, any unused Emberz Buckz associated with that account may be forfeited and are not recoverable or transferable.

Account closures may result from voluntary closure, inactivity, policy violations, misuse, or abuse of the rewards program.
