Our All Sales Final Policy
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to health, safety, business,
and inventory integrity, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
As a specialty retailer, this policy allows us to ensure absolute product purity, maintain
the highest quality standards, and provide competitive pricing for our customers.
RETURN POLICY AND SALE TERMS
FACTORY DEFECTS
Exchanges or store credit may be considered only for factory-defective electronics (i.e., a device failing to power on) reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

Strict Requirements: Original sales receipt and all original packaging must be present.

Proof of Defect: To process a claim, we may require photo or video proof demonstrating the defect.

Exclusions: We do not offer exchanges for flavor/brand preference, normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, personal satisfaction, or "buyer’s remorse."

Damage: Accidental damage (including broken glass) or improper use/charging does not qualify as a defect. All products are inspected prior to and at the time of sale and are not eligible for return once they leave the premises.

Glass & Pipes: All glassware, water pipes, rigs, silicone pipes, and bowls.

Accessories: Lighters, grinders, rolling papers, trays, storage, and tools

General Merchandise: Candy, snacks, beverages, apparel, home decor, bags, and wearables.
