Yes. Emberz Memberz is 100% free to join. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no obligation to purchase.

You can join Emberz Memberz in a few easy ways:

• In-store: Ask an Emberz Smoke Master at checkout and they’ll sign you up on the spot.

• QR Code: Scan the signup QR code located at the checkout counter or on the Emberz Memberz Rewards page using your phone.

• Online: Click the Join Emberz Memberz button on the Emberz Memberz Rewards page.

All you need to sign up is your name, phone number, and email address. Membership is free and only takes a moment to complete.

Members earn Emberz Buckz automatically on qualifying in-store and online purchases. There’s nothing to activate and nothing to track, just shop as usual.

You earn 1 Emberz Buck for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases unless otherwise stated during special promotions.

You can earn Emberz Buckz both in-store and online when logged into your Emberz account or when your membership is applied at checkout.

You can view your current Buckz balance by logging into your Emberz account or by asking an Emberz team member in-store.

No. Emberz Buckz do not expire. You can save them, stack them, and redeem them when you’re ready.

Some promotions may allow Buckz to be combined, while others may not. Eligibility will always be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

No. Emberz Buckz are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or shared.

If Emberz Buckz were missed on a qualifying purchase including but not limited to situations where you forgot to check in at checkout, you may request a review within 7 days of the purchase date.

Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required. Once verified, missing Emberz Buckz may be added to your account at Emberz’s discretion.

Emberz does not offer refunds. In limited circumstances, store credit may be issued at Emberz’s discretion in accordance with our store policies.

If store credit is granted, any Emberz Buckz earned from the original purchase may be adjusted or removed from your account.
